I have just begun taking my 7 year old daughter to North Texas Equestrian Center for riding lessons. She has only taken two lessons, and I am completely astounded at what she has learned already! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the instructor that worked with her at her most recent lesson, Sandy. She was extremely patient, kind, and made learning fun for my child by mixing in little games. It was very obvious that Sandy is one of the best instructors out there, and I sincerely hope she will be my daughter's instructor for a long time to come. As far as the stables themselves; when I was 20 years old, I worked a very long, hot summer in a horse barn; turning the horses out, feeding them, grooming them, and of course, cleaning the stalls. Therefore, I think I am more than qualified to say that the facilities and amenities at North Texas Equestrian Center are far superior to those at most stables. The boarded horses there are treated like royalty; the staff is more than qualified to take care of every horses' need, and the animals seem relaxed and not under any stress. When I do finally purchase a horse for my daughter, I would not for a moment hesitate to board it at these facilities. I am extremely happy with my choice to work with North Texas Equestrian Center.
